Delivery Charges - British Isles
The standard delivery charge for all orders within Great Britain only (England, Scotland and Wales) is £6.95 per order (up to £100 nett value of product). For Northern Ireland the carriage charge is £10.95, and for the Channel Islands £13.95. These charges apply regardless of the value of the order. If placing an order for delivery to either of these please use the drop-down for Country in the address box to enter Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey as appropriate, instead of United Kingdom (mainland). If this is not done we will have to ask you to re-process the order.
For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland please contact us first for a quotation as the carriage charge will vary according to the size and weight of the order. For the Republic of Ireland, the rest of the EU, and anywhere else overseas please contact us directly and do not try to place your orders on line.
If the order, for reasons of stock availability, needs to be sent in more than one consignment you will still only pay the one delivery charge.
Any order with a nett garment value of £100.00 minimum will be delivered free of charge to the UK Mainland only. It does not apply to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands. The minimum does not include the costs of any embellishments such as embroidery or printing.
We offer an embroidery service. If you require this please contact us directly for a quotation. We will then handle the order directly and not through the website. There may be a separate charge for delivery of your order once embroidered.
International Delivery Charges
We are very pleased to handle orders from anywhere overseas. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, the rest of the EU, and anywhere else overseas, please contact us directly for a quotation as the carriage charge will vary according to the size and weight of the order, and the destination country. Please do not try to place your orders on line.
VAT will not be charged on orders destined for anywhere outside the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands, and the European Union.
When you place your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Orders supplied from stock are routinely despatched within 48-72 hours. Therefore the normal delivery time is within 3-4 days of placing the order. In the case of any stock problems or other unforeseen delays we will notify you and keep you fully in the picture as far as is possible.
Any errors with the delivery, (which happen very rarely), such as shortages, wrong products delivered, or quality problems, should be reported to us immediately, and certainly within 7 days of receipt.
Goods damaged in transit
In the unlikely event that you receive goods that have clearly been damaged in transit then we will replace them or refund the cost according to your wishes.
If for any reason you wish or need to return goods, please in the first instance inform us by e-mail what it is you wish to return and the reason for needing to do so. We will then advise you where to send the goods, which should be in the original packaging, and must not have been worn, other than trying on. We will also let you know what information is to be sent with the goods, all of which will aid the process of issuing the refund. Any delivery charge paid for the order will not be reimbursed other than in the unlikely event that either any garment is returned with a quality complaint, or you have been sent the wrong item. The garments should be returned as new, not having been worn. If they have been used this will invalidate your claim for reimbursement. Goods returned for any reason must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer a free returns service.
We will refund the garment cost once the goods have been received and checked at the warehouses. If you are returning goods because you need a different size we will refund the order as above and the replacement should be treated as a new order. Please note that any ØRN branded garments returned (other than with a quality complaint) will incur a 25% administration charge, accordingly reducing the value of the refund. This does not apply to any other brand.
Changes or Cancellations
Once the order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled because of the speed at which it is processed. If you wish to add more items simply create a new order. If you had wished to cancel all or part of the order after placing it you should go through the procedure under "Returns” above after receiving the goods.
