Delivery & Returns
Delivery Charge - British Isles
The standard delivery charge for all orders within the UK is £5.00 per order, and £19.95 to the Channel Islands and the Irish Republic. If ordering from the Channel Islands or the Irish Republic you should not state United Kingdom in the address. If the order, for reasons of stock availability, needs to be sent in more than one consignment you will still only pay the one delivery charge.
Any order of £85.00 or over before VAT is added will be delivered free of charge within the UK. These apply to the basic value of the garments only, and do not include the costs of any embellishments such as embroidery or printing.
International Delivery Charges
We are very pleased to handle orders from anywhere overseas. For shipments to overseas destinations (ie other than the Channel Islands or the Irish Republic) we will need to quote on an individual order basis, as the costs will vary according to weight, volume and destination country. Please e-mail us with your order request so that we can quote you the price for delivery and await your acceptance or otherwise before processing your order. VAT will not be applied on overseas orders.
When you place your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Orders supplied from stock are normally despatched within 24 hours and most are delivered the next day. However, you should allow 2-3 days for delivery. To save time deliveries are sent direct to you from our manufacturers and suppliers. In the case of any stock problems or other unforeseen delays we will notify you and keep you fully in the picture as far as is possible.
Any errors with the delivery, (which happen very rarely), including shortages or overrages, wrong products delivered, or quality problems, should be reported to us immediately, and certainly within 7 days of receipt.
Goods damaged in transit
In the unlikely event that you receive goods that have clearly been damaged in transit then we will replace them or refund the cost according to your wishes.
If for any reason you wish or need to return goods, please in the first instance inform us by e-mail what it is you wish to return and the reason for needing to do so. We will then advise you where to send the goods, which should be in the original packaging, and must not have been worn, other than trying on. We will also let you know what information is to be sent with the goods, all of which will aid the process of issuing the credit. Any delivery charge paid for the order will not be reimbursed other than in the unlikely events that either any garment is returned with a quality complaint, or you have been sent the wrong item. The garments should be returned as new, not having been worn. If they have been used this will invalidate your claim for reimbursement. Goods returned for any reason must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.
We will refund your payment once the goods have been received and checked. If you are returning goods because you need a different size we will refund the order as above and the replacement should be treated as a new order. Please note that any ØRN branded garments returned (other than with a quality complaint) will incur a 25% administration charge.
Changes or Cancellations
Once the order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled because of the speed at which it is processed. If you wish to add more items simply create a new order. If you had wished to cancel all or part of the order after placing it you should go through the procedure under "Returns” above after receiving the goods.
